By downloading, installing, or using Wasfa ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The Wasfa app, its design, code, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (personal notes, ratings, grocery lists). By using the sharing feature, you grant us a limited license to display your shared recipes to other Wasfa users.
Wasfa processes publicly available cooking videos to extract recipe information. We do not store, redistribute, or claim ownership of any video content. The extracted recipes are AI-generated interpretations and may differ from the original content.
Recipes, nutritional information, ingredient alternatives, and step images are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini and other AI services). This content:
Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may delete your account at any time from the App's profile settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers, including recipes, preferences, cooking sessions, and authentication records. This action cannot be undone.
